Coverage Type: Full time

Schedule: Mon-Fri clinic and surgery. One week per month on call.

Work Details: Experienced ortho surgeon to specialize in patients needing hand and/or shoulder treatment

Support staff: RN's, MA's and 2 other ortho surgeons on staff

Patients per shift: 16 patients in clinic per day

Patient population/age: adults

Providers Requested: 1

Trauma Level: 2

EMR: tbd

Skills required: Must have majority of experience with hands and shoulders

Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient

Requirements:

Board Certification: Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery

License required: Guam (will need to license)

Minimum experience required: 2+ years min

DEA: yes, needed

CSR: n/a

Certifications required: BLS. ACLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days
