Schedule: 1 week/month up to Full Time need *Multiple Providers Accepted*
Call Rotation: 1:3
PPS: 25-20
Demographic: 14 yrs up (No Peds)
EMR: Meditech
Procedures: Joints (Knees & Hips a must); Shoulders *NO SPINE*
License: IL or IMLC accepted
Cert: BLS; ACLS; ATLS
