• One week per month
• Hours: 7a-7p
• First shift : 9/25/23 0700 – 10/2/23 0700
• Level IV Trauma Center
• Staff: 2 FT physicians, 2 FT AHP providers
• EMR-Epic
• Oregon Licensed
