ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: JO# 2882456
• Location: Near Port Townsend, WA
• Start date: August
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend or transition to Perm
• Coverage needed per month:
o August 25 through September 2nd
o November 21 through December 1st
o December 20 through December 31st
• Call Details: Calls from ER, never being called back onto campus after leaving for the day.
• Schedule Details: 3x 8hr days in the clinic and 1x 8hr day in the OR
• Support staff: 1 ortho PA, RN, MA, registrar
• Department Description: Ortho clinic two blocks from the hospital and OR in the hospital. Level 4 bread and butter ortho.
• Patient Volume: 10-15 patients/day
• Patient Age Group: 5 years +
• EMR: Meditech Expanse
• Special Procedures/Unit Details: General orthopedics, including trauma, scopes, hip fix, and arthroplasties
• Required: Board Certified, Active WA license or IMLC, DEA, ACLS, BLS
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
