Assignment Details
• Start Date: May 2026
• Schedule: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM for inpatient/OR shifts; PM call from 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• 06/03 – Inpatient + PM Call
• 06/04 – Inpatient
• 06/05 – Inpatient
• 06/08 – OR
• 06/11 – PM Call
• 06/17 – PM Call
• 06/26 – Inpatient + PM Call
• 07/01 – Inpatient + PM Call
• 07/02 – 07/05 – Inpatient
• 07/06 – OR
• 07/10 – PM Call
• 07/16 – PM Call
• 07/20 – PM Call
• 08/26 – 08/27 – PM Call

Work Details
• Responsibilities: Inpatient management, rounding, charting, OR support, and limited call coverage
• EMR: Epic

Requirements
• Board Certification: Required
• License: Active Idaho license required
