Job description

Start Date: June 2026 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: 24-hour Call, PRN opportunity
Specific Coverage Dates Needed: June 15(7am)-19(7pm)
EMR: Cerner
Special procedures: Trauma Level I, All Ages

Active Arizona License
Board Certified or Eligible in ENT
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days - Emergency Privileges available for clean files
Medical malpractice insurance provided
