North Dakota Job – Licensing for IMLC Candidates
Specialty: Otolaryngology (ENT)
Location: Minot, ND
Start Date: 6/3/2024
Contract Length: 3 months (ongoing)
Coverage: Scheduled + No Call

Shift Description:
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p; on surgery days can be earlier 7/7:30a.
• Shift Details: 5x8; 3 days in clinic, 2 days in OR

Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital

Work Details:
• Support Staff: RNs, clerical support, 2 audiologists, 2 NPs; 1 is seasoned and a great partner. She also does tubes, sees new patients, tees up for surgery and sees post op.
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 20 days per month
• Patients per day: 15-18 on clinic days and 7-10 on OR days
• Patient population/age: all ages; they are heavy in peds right now and very overloaded
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital Bed Size: 318
• Special Procedures: bread and butter ENT; ear, larynx, nasal/sinus, throat, peds (ear tubes, tonsillectomy, etc) procedures
• Skills Required: bread and butter ENT

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Otolaryngology (ENT)
• State License: North Dakota - IMLC Accepted
• DEA and BLS Required
