"Join a busy, thriving practice of 6 ENTs - based at a state-of-the-art, Top 100 hospital, located in North Dakota’s largest metro. • In the words of a current ENT: “We do University-level cases here but at a much higher volume. We are extremely efficient with none of the bureaucratic headaches of academia.” • General ENT + Opportunity to Subspecialize: Incredible demand for Rhinology/Sinus Surgery and Sleep/Inspire, as well as Endocrine Surgery (*Head & Neck position also available – please reach out for more details) • Extremely robust clinical & administrative support – each ENT works w/ at least 1 dedicated NP/PA & 2 dedicated nurses • $600K base salary, + additional lucrative wRVU bonuses.
