✅ Qualifications
✔️ Active NY State NP license
✔️ Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct initial and follow-up evaluations for patients with acute or chronic pain
✔️ Develop and manage individualized pain treatment plans
✔️ Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness
✔️ Collaborate with pain management physicians and interdisciplinary teams
✔️ Educate patients on treatment options, self-care, and medication use
✔️ Maintain accurate and thorough electronic medical records
✔️ Monitor patient progress and modify plans as necessary
