Pain Practice in the middle of Vegas looking for another physician

Gret opportunity in Las Vegas.  Group of three looking to binrg in another due to steady, increased patient loads.  State of the art office space, huge ASC, 3 clinic locations.  incoming physician would be mainly evals and procedures with no long term chronic care as mid-levels handle most of med management.  Highly trained staff, both medical and office.  Spaces are beautiful and right smack in the middle of it all.  
Opportuity for extremely high salary/comp. Offering salary plus incentives first year, second year choice go into full percentage based pay, or continue split.  
This is all outpatient, no call, no nights, no weekends.  Practice open Mon-Fri with half day on Fri. 
This position will not last long.
