Job description

-Schedule Details: M-Th 7am – 4p both clinic and procedure days
-Work Details:
-Support staff: RN and MA support
-Patient Age Group: 18+
-EMR/Documentation System: Epic
-Special Procedures/Unit Details: Pain procedures TPI, PNS, RFA, NB etc
-Special Equipment Used: Ultrasound
-Requirements:
-Board Certifications: Anesthesiology PM&R
-Active PA License
-Specific Skills: Interventional Pain proceduralist
-DEA: Yes
-Minimum Experience: 5 years
-Credentialing timeframe: 45-90 days
