CRNA needed in La Grande, OR
Practice Setting: Critical Access Hospital
Schedule: 4 10s. 7:30am - 5:30pm. Weekdays only.
On Call: Yes. 1 weekend per month and 1 night per week
Case Types: Level IV Trauma, General Surg, Ortho, Uro, OB/GYN, ENT, Ophthalmology, Central Lines, very little vent management.
25 beds, 3 OR's, URO room, OB suite
In-Patient/Out-Patient: 80% Outpatient, 20% Inpatient
100% independent. 1 MDA on-site but they don't supervise.
EMR - Epic
Credentialing: 60-90 days
CRNA, OR license, ACLS, BLS and COVID vaccine required
