Pediatric Anesthesiologist Opportunities in Jacksonville, Florida!

ASAP - Ongoing

10-hr days M-F - there is potential for beeper and/ or in-house call but they have not confirmed our providers for call yet.

19 total points of service, level 1 pediatric trauma facility, level 4 NICU

GI, URO, general, cardiac - will ask our locums to do a lot of bread-and-butter work. Will give their perm staff more complex cases. Perm MDs can handles the cardiac / more complex cases if the locums MDs aren’t comfortable with Cardiac / complex cases.

Pediatric patients only, no adults.

Anesthesiologists must be competent to do own cases - This is mostly supervision, but own cases are required - 75/25 split.

Current supervision at 3:1, they want to be at 2:1, once project starts will be at 2:1 - complex cases are 1:1

There are CRNAs and CAAs here under supervision here - they work well together.
