Location: Cape Coral-Fort Myers Metro Area, FL

Dates: Start August 4, 2025 – February 8, 2026 (6+ months) PRN ASAP starts available
Work Schedule: 5x8 hr days, 40 hr/week for Aug 1 starts PRN dates: May 19, July 7, July 28, Aug 25, Sept 1, Sept 8, Sept 22, Oct 6, Nov 24, Dec 1, Dec 8, Dec 15, Dec 29

Call: Some weekends and call (q3, in-house and beeper, post-call off)
Cases: 60-70% pediatrics (0 days+, mostly over 1 month, healthy and sick) and adults ENT, ortho, general, ophtho, dental, urology, some neuro (tubes/tonsils and complex)
Anesthesia Model: Medical direction (5 peds MDs, 25 peds CRNAs)
EMR: Epic
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

Pay Rate: $390/hr max with travel & lodging reimbursement ($150/night off-season, $250/night Jan-Mar including fees/taxes, economy car, caps apply)
