Pediatric Anesthesiologist Needed in Corpus Christi, TX

Job description

Location: Corpus Christi, TX
Dates: Start ASAP – Ongoing (3-12 month commitment required)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts (full week preferred)
Call: No
Cases: Mostly ENT, Dental, GI, MRI, Ophthalmology, Ortho, Plastics, some General; must be capable of all pediatric cases including infants and stable palliative hearts (discuss if not comfortable)
Anesthesia Model: Pediatric Anesthesiologists only (no CRNAs); MDs do all their own cases
Case Volume: 5-9 cases per day
EMR: EPIC
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days (no temp privileges available)

Additional Notes: Prefer case log with 100+ pediatric cases in the last month (including infants/neonates, some neuro); may consider fewer if not working full-time; no new grads for locums; need 3 pediatric references

Pay Rate: $400/hr with travel & lodging stipends (mileage/lodging preferred; flight, rental car, & lodging may be considered)
