Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $200,000 – $220,000 per year (negotiable)

✅ Qualifications
✔️ MD or DO from an accredited medical school
✔️ Active New York State Medical License
✔️ Board Certified in Pediatrics
✔️ Bilingual in Spanish – required
✔️ New graduates are welcome to apply
✔️ Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR preferred
✔️ Strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and compassionate care approach

✅ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct well-child visits and address acute/chronic pediatric conditions
✔️ Create and manage individualized treatment plans
✔️ Educate families on preventive health and wellness
✔️ Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams for coordinated care
✔️ Maintain thorough and timely documentation using EMR
✔️ Participate in initiatives that improve care quality and patient outcomes
