PICU Coverage in Los Angeles

Job description

• Start as soon as credentialed for an initial 6 month assignment
• Days & Nights; 7-7- full-time or part-time accepted
• Type of Patients/Cases: Pediatric ICU Cases. Surgical cases. Cardiac overflow. Quick-turn ICU.
• Patients per Day/Volume: 12 bed unit, plan to cover an average of 6 patients per night.
• Support Staff: 2 NPs on each shift. Attending during day shift, night shift attending on call, full nursing team.
• EMR: KIDS via Cerner (Training will be provided)
• Requirements:
o Must have 2 yrs recent experience with PICU setting.
o Board Certification required- PNCB or ACCN.
o Active CA license & DEA
o Covid-19 vaccination

• $3500 referral bonus available
• Days or night shifts
