Location: Philadelphia, PA
Employment Type: Full Time / Part Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, potential weekend or on-call rotation

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clinical team. The NP will deliver advanced nursing care, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, performing health assessments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough physical exams, assess patient histories, and create individualized treatment plans.
Diagnose and manage common illnesses and injuries, prescribing medication and therapies as needed.
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work, X-rays, and EKGs.
Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health management, and treatment options.
Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
Document all patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with best practices in patient care.
Qualifications:
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., FNP, ANP).
BLS/CPR Certification required; ACLS preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
