Pediatric Gastroenterologist Needed in AK (will license)

Location: Anchorage, AK

Start Date: May/June

Contract Length: 3 month ongoing

Shift Details: Scheduled clinical hours plus call.

Schedule: 10 days of 24hr call coverage per month + clinic

Work Details:

• Amount of coverage needed per month: Scheduled clinical hours plus call.
• Patients per day: 10
• Department description: Gastroenterology - Site is looking to add couple of locums to be on contract with us for coverage of vacation and to help cover call. No specific dates scheduled at this time, but likely will have some soon, approximately 10 days of call coverage per month. 24-hour call during scheduled periods, including scheduled clinic hours and covering hospital consults and EMTALA call.
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital bed size: 4

Practice Setting:
• Outpatient, and inpatient

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Certified
• State license required: No
• Certifications required: BLS, and PALS

Credentialing Timeframe: 90-145
