Pediatric Hematology Oncology Physician needed in WV - Willing to license

Job description

-Shift Details: 4 one-half day clinics per week (4-8 patients/clinic), infusion center coverage (5-10 patients/ week), inpatient consults (0-3/day).
-Call Requirements: 24/7 call for inpatient service and ED.
-Work Details:
· Support staff: one APP, Nurses who staff the infusion center
· Department description (trauma level, etc): Level 1 trauma center with PICU and hospitalist service lines. Inpatient hospitalist service with subspecialty support (endocrinology, nephrology, cardiology, etc).
· EMR: Cerner
· Special procedures/skills required: LP, bone marrow bx.
· Practice Setting: Hospital
-Requirements:
· Board Certification: required
· Willing to license
· DEA: required
· Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
· Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days

• Medical malpractice insurance provided
• Willing to license
