This is a 76-bed non-profit general acute care facility. It provides comprehensive services including a 24-hour emergency department operating as a Level III trauma center, surgical services, maternity care, and local ambulance services.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide comprehensive care for patients ages 0-18 years with 24-hour call coverage responsibilities. Clinicians will be on standby for emergency situations including complicated C-sections and will respond to emergency department calls for pediatric patients. Daily responsibilities include patient assessments using Epic EMR system, documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams working Monday through Friday 7 AM to 7 PM shifts. The position requires board certification in pediatrics and the ability to manage both routine pediatric cases and critical situations requiring immediate intervention.
