Subspecialty Backup: Allergy, Cardiology, Gastro, Immunology, Neonatal, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Pulmonology & Respiratory Care.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Board Certified Required
Board Eligible Accepted
Specialty Required: EM/Pediatric, IM & FM

Residency Requirements:
• Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program in Pediatrics, Emergency, Internal, or Family Medicine.
• PLUS and additional 24 months of recent Case Logs showing that he or she has successfully managed at least 24 pediatric and/or newborn cases in the last 24 months.
• If Internal or Family Medicine: MUST have 2 years of recent experience in EM and be able to show proof of 5000 ER hours over the last 2 years.
• Any physician falling under the “grandfather clause” declaring physicians board eligible if they completed 8,000 hours of clinical practice in emergency departments by 1988, will NOT qualify.
