🛑 REQUIREMENTS:
• NBCOT Certification (Required)
• Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR)
• Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
• BLS (within 1 month of hire – preferred)
• 1+ year experience preferred (new grads accepted)
• Outpatient experience preferred
💰 COMPENSATION:
• $32.00+/hour (based on experience)
• $14,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitmen
🏥 WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Outpatient + occasional acute care
• Technology-driven (EPIC/Windows-based systems)
• Pediatric–Adult patient populationt)
⏰ Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | 8-hour shifts
🗓️ Weekend Rotation: 1 per month

• Primarily outpatient setting with occasional acute care float
• • Patient-focused care: evaluation, treatment planning, intervention, and reassessment
• Supervision of OT Assistants, aides, and students
