start date 26th of June QUICK CREDENTIALING + MALPRACTICE COVERAGE
• Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Provider is need ASAP until the end of July. Definite opportunity to extend until the end of August.
Short & Sweet
• Practice is in Phoenix Metropolitan Area. 46 Minutes West of the Footprint Center in Phoenix, AZ
• Client prefers a Nurse Practitioner, PNP or FNP, would settle for Pediatrician of Family Practitioner
• Requirements: AZ license, DEA, BLS, experience in Pediatrics
