Job description

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm OR 11:30am-7pm
- Cases: Focus will be well child physicals for 9-12 Years old but also will see well baby & child visits & immunizations.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days, ASAP start pending credentialing for 3 months with option to extend
- Licensure: Must have active California license and Board Certification
