Pts/day : Average 18 (16 in-person + 2 telemedicine)
Schedule : 2 days/week flexible – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Term : initial 2 months with option to renew
EMR : Eclinicalworks
Population : 80% Hispanic, Spanish preferred but not a must
Ages : 0-18
