About the clinician's workday
The schedule is Monday - Friday and some Sat/Sunday urgent care hours. Each clinician is required to work one day additional 4 hours. The EMR is EPIC. Required Certifications include Board Certified or BE if within 2 years of completed residency, CA license, BLS, PALS, and vaccinated. Procedures Required include bread and butter Pediatrics, mixture of Outpatient and urgent care coverage, and no inpatient or deliveries. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
