Job description

- M-F 8-5 all outpatient
- Could consider a 4 day week
- Clinic call is negotiable, it is answered by an RN triage so calls are rare
- Staffed with 3 experienced APRNs, supervision of them would not be expected
- Bylaws require BC within 5 years of completion of training
- Must already have an IL license and controlled substance certification
- Travel & lodging if needed
