Does Provider need to be Board Certified? Yes
Are Temp Privileges Available I believe so (Becki Prigg is credentialing mgr)
Do you only want to see CV's with an Active License Yes / looking for Indiana License
How many Patients will Locum see per day 0-12; varies with NICU (max of 5) and normal newborns. Typically a lower census (650-700 deliveries/year total)
Is there rounding? Yes - majority of role is rounding
Avg patients they round on? NICU: 0-5; normal newborns vary
Patients per shift varies based on census
Beds in department 6 (NICU)
How many calls do they get while on call? new service; varies, but will not be overly busy
Call Details- assigned/unassigned patients or both both - newborns only
Call typer- Inhouse, beeper, 2nd call/backup pager
Average call # per 24Hr- Phone Consults, patients seen, admissions new service; unknown
How many hours does it take to Round? average 4-5 hours, including any procedures (circs, frenotomies)
How many times do they get called back in a 24 hr shift? 0 - 2 times (estimate)
EMR system in clinic and Hospital Epic
How many deliveries per year at hospital? 650-700
Is there support staff? Define the number RN's, MA's, PA/NP's, Office/Staff yes; OB manager, RT manager, multiple LDRP RNs
Certifications Required- ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, Other
What type of Surgeries or Procedures do they have to do circs, frenotomies
