• Pediatrician

• Board Certified preferred, but will consider truly board eligible

• M-F 12:00 noon – 12:00pm

• ASAP – Ongoing

• Sick & well visits, minor injuries

• 0-18 ages

• Brand New practice, low patient volume

• EMR: Prognocis
