• 30-60 days to credential
• FT, M-F, 8-5
• No call Coverage
• PALS & DEA
• 13-15 patients a day
• EMR: Epic through Ochen
• Community Health Clinic – 100% pediatrics
• MD or DO
• Provider has a MA, NP, RN, PA support
• Fly Fishing
• Lakes

• ASAP
