Dates needing coverage:

• Aug 12-17
• Aug 29-Sept 1
• Sept 16-18
• Sept 30-Oct 6
• Oct 28-31
- Nov 11-18
- Nov 22-30

Will see approx. 6-9 patients a day, including deliveries.

Must have active WY license or active IMLC
