Job description

Shift times – need is for 4 days a week, ideally Tues/Thursday at WW, M/W at LL (8 – 4 or 5)

Dates – ASAP

Census – 20 injections/average a day

EMR – E-MD

Shift Information for Sales Ops:- Please build 4 shifts a week for Dec, Jan, Feb

More Information: Geriatric Rehab, IM, FM, GS, as long as they can do trigger point injections and intra-articular joint injections. Will do weight loss and rejuvenation therapy (PRP). Open to 3, 6, 9 month contracts.
