Shift times – M-F 8a – 5p
Dates – Ongoing , ASAP start
Census – 20-25 patients per day
Credentialing Timeframe – Emergency privs
EMR - Epic
Shift Information for Sales Ops: Please build 20 shifts a month, stating in June
More Information: Must be IL licensed and clean (WILL GET EMERGENCY PRIVS). will be sending auto offers. Include provider availability when sending presentation. Must be able to work 3 consecutive shifts at a time, preference is 5.
