Rate: Hourly plus expenses
LOA: Ongoing
Start: ASAP, April 2024
Lic: Prefers, ActiveME. Will wait for ME license since IMLC state, will review all candidates.
Schedule: M-F, 8-430p
Call: 1/4 weekends
EMR: SCM
Certs: BC/BE, PM&R Physiatry,
Other info: Primarily IP with opportunity for outpatient. Type of Patients/Cases: Primarily Geriatric, Rehab Dx CVA, TBI SCI, Ortho-Fx, Multi-trauma, complex medical, Amputee
