Job description

- Department description: 28bed CARF accredited Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility- provides short-term, intensive and coordinated level of multidisciplinary rehabilitation.
-Skills Required:
-Provide high quality, evidence based care on the acute inpatient rehabilitation unit.
-Lead interdisciplinary rounds (PT/OT/SLP, social work, nursing, case management).
-Collaborate with hospitalists, neurologists, surgeons, and referring teams to optimize care transitions.
- Patient Population/Age: Diagnostic mix FY25: Stroke 30%; Brain injury 11%; spinal cord 16%; MMT 10%; ortho 10%; neuro 6%; cardiac/pulm 4%; other 11%; AMP-LE 2%
- EMR EPIC
- Board Cert required
- 120 days for credentialing
- Will consider licensure
