📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: ASAP (pending credentialing)
🔹 Length of Assignment: 6+ months
🔹 Schedule: One-week initial orientation (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm)
🔹 Ongoing Schedule: 1 eight-hour shift per month (8:00am–4:30pm, flexible except Wednesdays)
🔹 Call Requirements: None
🔹 Overtime/Holiday: Not expected
🔹 EMR: TBD
🔹 Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days including federal security clearance
🔹 Travel & Lodging: Limited coverage (drive-in candidates strongly preferred)

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic
🔹 Patient Population: Adults (primarily diabetic care)
🔹 Clinical Duties: Diabetic foot exams, podiatry services, debridement of nails/calluses/skin lesions, diagnosis and treatment of neuropathy and gait abnormalities, prescribing and fitting diabetic shoes and inserts, follow-up care and adjustments
🔹 Documentation: Must follow IHS and federal standards

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certified Podiatrist
🔹 Active state license (any state accepted)
🔹 NPI required
🔹 Experience with diabetic foot care and orthotics
