Job description

Full Time Coverage Needed
· 3-4 days onsite, 1-2 days telepsych
· 15-20 Minute Med Checks
· 45 - 60 Minute Evaluations
· No additional admin time for charting
· Must be in-network for Medicare and Medicaid and have an active NY License and DEA
· Average 20 patients/day. Very busy Practice, Provider must be experienced in fast paced settings.
· Case Type: Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, Heavy Benzo population, No Addiction
