15 minute Med Management appointments
45 Minute evaluations
All Onsite (NO TELE)
T&L possible
40 Hours needed split between 3 locations
- will take PT providers

  • We Cover Malpractice Insurance
  • HIGH HOURLY RATE
  • Can start off at 3 month contract
