We help you start and run your own successful private practice.

Start My Wellness was founded by Dr. Anton Babushkin in 2015. Anton wanted to combine his strong interests in business and mental health to improve access to mental health services.

Over time, the company has grown to become a cutting-edge provider of business services that help mental health professionals become more successful in their ability to offer services to more people.

Our Ideal Candidates are

- Strongly interested in multidisciplinary approaches
- Motivated to learn and improve clinical skills
- Flexible schedule and able to work online and in Oakland County, Mich.
- Strong attention to detail in completing notes, answering emails, etc.
- Ready to be part of an energetic, fast-paced team
- Able to work at least 20 clinical hours (patient hours) per week

Services we offer to providers

- Billing and Collections: We have a proven track recording of collecting over 95% of all outstanding invoices and we strive everyday to make sure you get paid for every service completed
- Marketing and Network Building: Our full-time marketing team helps you establish and maintain a strong online and offline presence, and consistently nurture your own referral networks that help you have an ongoing stream of patients
- Office Space and Admin: Your dedicated account manager assists you with all the administrative aspects of private practice, including credentialing. We also have beautiful office space and a friendly receptionist for in-person appointments.
- Continuing Education and Mentoring: Our experienced senior leadership hosts as least two hours of relevant education
