PMHNP
- ANCC Required, at least 1 year experience
- Local Candidates preferred, about an hour South of Indianapolis
- Mile reimbursement offered/ All Inclusive rate
Adult 85% - youngest age 6 years old
Intake: 45 minute / 30 minute - Med Check: 20 minute
16-18 patients per day fast paced
IDD
Monday - Thursday 8am-4pm
Telehealth option: 3 days on-site, 1 day telehealth
Covid vaccination is required - waivers accepted
2-3 week credentialing timeframe
ASAP start
