Job description

- PT 2 days/wk
- Monday - Thursday (12 PM - 8 PM) or 11 AM - 7 PM
- All ages (5 and up) Need to have C/A experience
- 1 hour evaluation
- 15 minute medication management for Adults and 20 minutes for C&A
- Must be onsite

  • Part time
  • Multiple Locations: Brooklyn, Copiague, Smithtown and Valley Stream
  • We cover Travel and Lodging
