10 hours per week
Must have 3 yrs experience prescribing/working with SPMI population. REQUIRED.
Ages 18+
PPD 5-7
Have support staff
EMR – Credible
SPMI: Severe and Persistent Mental Illness; Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Psychotic Disorders
