PMHNP in Oregon needed for Part-time Locums coverage!
- 16 hours weekly (flexible on split) Office Open M-F
- Child / Adolescents cases
- Outpatient
- 12 - 15 ppd
- Youngest age 3 (majority ages 7-15)
- Medicaid # needed
- 1 year child prescribing experience required
- 2 week credentialing time frame
- The provider will work closely with victims of sexual assault.

• 16 hours a week
• Travel and Lodging may be provided
• Child and Adolescent cases
