PMHNP needed in La Grande, OR (Perm Position)
Mix of inpatient and outpatient
Outpatient Rural Health Clinic
Four 10-hour days per week
1:16 call; phone call only
Average 13-17 patients per day
Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
Behavioral health and lab on site
30+ exam rooms
PMHNP, OR license, DEA, CSR, and COVID vaccine required
