Job description

• Outpatient Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for Child and Adolescent, and Adult
• Part time: 3 days a week 8 hour shift Flexible which days Weekdays and Saturday available
• Majority teen to young adult, youngest age seen 10 years old
• Average patients per day 12-13
• Evaluations 1 hour, follow ups 15 - 30 minutes
• Types of cases: Anxiety, depression, ADHD, bi-polar, will work with interpreters
• Support staff: LPC, Primary Care Physicians
• EMR: Cursa
• Covid Vaccine Required
• Credentialing expected to be 30 days
