Job description

Part time. 12 hours total (can be broken up into 2-3 days) (Must be onsite)
Telehealth option for hours beyond the 12 guaranteed hours.
Child and Adolescent
Ages 6+
30 min med management
90 minute initial evaluation time
Must be Board Certified in Child Adolescent, Fellowship required
Medicaid/Medicare is required

• Will cover malpractice insurance
• Will cover travel/lodging
