JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is an immediate need. Please do not present your providers if they are not available asap.
Site would like candidates who have some in office availability, if possible.
Coverage Type:
• No Call
• Outpatient
• 4 days a week would be roughly 8-6 (10 hours)
• 5 days a week would be ~8:30-5 (8 hours)

CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:
• Board Certificate

STATE LICENSE REQUIRED:
