About the clinician's workday

The clinician will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for new admissions and assigned patients while providing ongoing medication management and treatment plan adjustments. Daily participation in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings is required, along with close collaboration with psychiatrists, nursing, social work, psychology, and therapy staff. The role includes assessment and management of acute psychiatric symptoms, crisis intervention when needed, and support for discharge planning and continuity of care coordination within a structured inpatient setting.
