Would like someone to see all ages, 18+ will be considered
20 hrs per week, M-F 8-5 (can split times as needed)
Fully Tele
Laptop will be provided
MI license required, medicare and medicaid
30-60 credentialing
ASAP start, open to 6 month commitment opt to extend
Covid Vaccine is not required
Based out of Detroit
